Mousse de café com raspas de chocolate

Ingredientes para 4 doses:

  • 50g de chocolate negro
  • 50ml de leite meio-gordo
  • 100 ml de café solúvel
  • 50g de iogurte grego
  • 2 colheres de sopa de mel
  • Raspas de chocolate negro q.b

Modo de preparação:

  1. Derreta os quadrados de chocolate juntamente com o leite meio-gordo. Adicione o mel e envolva até engrossar.
  2. Acrescente o iogurte grego e envolva. Reserve no frigorífico.
  3. Sirva com as raspas de chocolate negro como topping.
