Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 50g dark chocolate
- 50ml semi-skimmed milk
- 100 ml instant coffee
- 50g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Dark chocolate shavings to taste
Method of preparation:
- Melt the chocolate squares together with the semi-skimmed milk. Add the honey and stir until thick.
- Add the Greek yoghurt and fold in. Set aside in the fridge.
- Serve with dark chocolate shavings as a topping.
