Ingredients for the jar
- 2 cups of oat flour
- 1 cup of pitted dates (previously chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ cup of chopped almonds
How to prepare the bottle
- Reuse a glass jar and add layers of oatmeal, dates, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder and, finally, chopped almonds.
- Close the jar and decorate it as you wish with reusable materials to give as a Christmas gift.

Ingredients for the biscuits
- 1/3 cup of plant-based milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil
How to prepare ginger and cinnamon biscuits
- Mix the contents of the jar with the plant-based milk and olive oil.
- Blend until smooth and leave to rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Then, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper and cut out Christmas shapes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 20 minutes and enjoy these Christmas biscuits!
