Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 12 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 250g solid natural yoghurt (alternatively you can use vegetable yoghurt made from soya or coconut)
- 450ml almond vegetable drink
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of coffee (espresso or instant)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 4 tablespoons of granola (or oat flakes)
Method of preparation:
- Mix the chia seeds with the almond vegetable drink, yoghurt and honey. Set aside in the fridge for about 4 hours.
- After this time, remove from the fridge and divide half of the previous chia pudding into a bowl and mix with the coffee and cocoa powder.
- Arrange the chia pudding and the previous mixture in small bowls in layers.
- Add granola as a topping and serve.
