Ingredients for 1 jug
- 1 litre of water
- 1 lemon
- 10g hibiscus
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Mint
How to prepare

Wash the lemon well, cut in half and squeeze the juice into a blender. Grate the rind and set aside.

In a pan, boil the hibiscus in water for about 2 minutes.

In another pan, add a little boiling water with the honey and grated lemon rind. Stir well until the honey dissolves.

Strain the mixture into a jug.

Add the cold water and the hibiscus mixture to the jug and mix well until dissolved.

Store in the fridge.

Before serving, add ice and lemon slices.
