Beef burger with sautéed mushrooms, brie cheese and rocket on a bun

Servings: 4 people

For the burgers:

  • 4 100% beef burgers
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 300g fresh mushrooms
  • 4 slices of brie cheese
  • 60g rocket
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste


For the mustard and honey sauce:

  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

How to prepare the burgers:

  1. Slice the fresh mushrooms and sauté in a frying pan with olive oil and chopped garlic until golden and set aside.

  2. Season the beef burgers with chopped garlic, pepper and salt.

  3. In a frying pan, add the olive oil and grill the burgers on both sides. In the last few minutes, add a slice of brie cheese on top of each burger so that it melts slightly.

  4. To assemble the burger: Cut the burger bun in half and on the underside add the honey mustard sauce, rocket, the burger with the brie cheese and the sautéed mushrooms. Close the burger with the other half of the bun and serve.


How to prepare the sauce:

  1. Place the mustard, olive oil, honey and oregano in a bowl.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
