Ingredients for 4 persons
For the steaks:
- 6 chicken steaks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 10g ginger
- 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- Pepper to taste
For the coriander rice:
- 280g needle rice
- ½ onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 dessert spoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Coriander to taste
How to prepare
For the chicken cubes:
- Cut the chicken steaks into cubes and season with salt, pepper and chopped garlic.
- Whisk together half the amount of olive oil, the lime juice, grated ginger and honey in a bowl.
- Drizzle the chicken cubes with the previous mixture and leave to marinate.
- In a frying pan with olive oil, I sautéed the chicken cubes with the previous marinade until cooked through.
For the coriander rice:
- Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil.
- Add the water and, when it comes to the boil, add the rice and season with salt.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
