Ingredients:
- 100g oatmeal
- 100g wheat flour
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 80g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 espresso coffee
- 12 prunes (alternatively you can use: dates or dried apricots)
- 1 dessertspoon baking powder
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, add the eggs, sugar, coffee, cocoa and milk. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the plums and mash again.
- In a bowl, combine the previous mixture with the wheat flour, oatmeal and yeast.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Bake the dough in a non-stick tin for about 35 minutes. Check it’s done with a toothpick.
- Decorate with sprinkled sugar.
